Connor Brown is a Canadian ice hockey right winger, playing for the Edmonton Oilers of the NHL, as of May 2025. Brown was selected by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the sixth round, 156th overall, of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. After his draft, Brown spent two seasons playing for the Toronto Marlies of the AHL. On July 1, 2019, Brown was traded to the Ottawa Senators and played three seasons for them. Apart from that, he has also played for the Washington Capitals and now with the Edmonton Oilers.

Before the NHL, Brown honed his skills in the OHL with the Erie Otters from 2011 to 2014. During his amateur career, he saw immense success, serving as a team captain. His final season with the Otters was historic, as Brown notched 128 points in 68 games, earning the Jim Mahon Memorial Trophy and Eddie Powers Memorial Trophy.

Because the season was so busy, it didn’t happen until January 2019. We went to Bahamas with all of our closest hockey friends and the first day we got there he had asked to go for dinner just the two of us. Since we were there with all of our friends I said I’d rather have dinner with them. When I went to the girls and asked our dinner plan they all said they were going to do their own thing so I was so confused. We got to the restaurant just Connor and I and our table wasn’t ready so we walked down the beach to a pier at the end and he proposed and when we walked back all of our friends were waiting for a beach sunset dinner for us.''
