Dmitry Kulikov is a Russian defenseman for the Florida Panthers as of 2025. He started his junior career in Russia with Lokomotiv-2 Yaroslavl before moving to Canada to play for the Drummondville Voltigeurs in the QMJHL in 2008. In his only season there, he led all defensemen with 62 points in 57 games and won several awards, including QMJHL Defenceman of the Year and Top Professional Prospect.

The Florida Panthers selected him 14th overall in the 2009 NHL Draft, and he played 68 games in his rookie NHL season. Kulikov spent seven seasons with the Panthers before being traded to the Buffalo Sabres in 2016. He later played for the Winnipeg Jets, New Jersey Devils, Edmonton Oilers, Minnesota Wild, Anaheim Ducks, and Pittsburgh Penguins. He returned to Florida in 2023 on a one-year contract and won the Stanley Cup that season. On July 1, 2024, he signed a four-year extension with the Panthers.
