Thomas Harley is a Canadian-American professional ice hockey defenseman for the Dallas Stars in the NHL. The Stars drafted Harley with the 18th overall in the 2019 NHL Draft. He had a breakout 2023-24 season, leading Stars defensemen with 15 goals and ranking second in assists and points. Harley also led the NHL for defensemen in overtime goals and tied for eighth in total goals.

In September 2024, Harley signed a two-year, $8 million contract with the Stars, as per Spotrac. He also made history as the fourth-youngest defenseman in Dallas/Minnesota North Stars history to score an overtime goal and became the sixth defenseman in NHL history to score overtime goals in consecutive games. Harley previously won a silver medal with Canada at the 2021 IIHF World Junior Championship, leading the tournament with a plus-14 rating.

Stuart played for several teams during his junior and NCAA career, starting with the Syracuse Jr. Stars in the USPHL 16U and 18U leagues. He moved on to play for the Iroquois Falls Eskimos in the NOJHL, the Cornwall Colts and Smiths Falls Bears in the CCHL, and the Trenton Golden Hawks in the OJHL.
