Zach Hyman is an ice hockey left winger for the Edmonton Oilers as of April 2025. He was drafted by the Florida Panthers in the 5th round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Hyman began his NHL career with the Toronto Maple Leafs, where he set rookie records for most short-handed goals (4) and tied for most consecutive games with an assist (6). He also holds the franchise records for most empty-net goals in a season (6) and most all-time empty-net goals (13).

With Edmonton, he became the first player to score in every playoff game of a series and tied records held by Wayne Gretzky and Mark Messier for playoff goal streaks and hat tricks.
