Rae Burrell is an American professional basketball player who plays in the WNBA as a guard/forward for the Los Angeles Sparks. She was drafted by the Sparks in the first round of the 2022 WNBA draft with ninth overall pick. In three seasons with Sparks, Burrell has played 69 WNBA games, averaging 4.8 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.9 assists per game, as per Basketball Reference. Besides WNBA, Rae Burrell also played with the University of Canberra Capitals in the 2022–23 WNBL season. In 2025, Burrell started playing with the Vinyl Basketball Club in the inaugural season of the Unrivaled 3x3 basketball league.

From 2018 to 2022, Rae Burrell had a successful college basketball career with the Tennessee Lady Volunteers basketball team, which represents the University of Tennessee in the NCAA Div I. Burrell played a total of 110 games for the Lady Volunteers, and averaged 10.3 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. She was awarded a spot on the SEC All-Second Team in 2021 and she was on the SEC Academic Honor Roll in 2020. Before college basketball, Rae Burrell attended Liberty High School.
