This week’s episode of WWE SmackDown on its new night averaged 2.675 million viewers. Viewership was up 10% from last week's episode on Friday night, which averaged 2.432 million viewers. SmackDown was also the number one show on cable last night. Like mentioned earlier, SmackDown moved back to Thursday nights from this week and it looks the move has reaped dividends with immediate effect.

Daniel Bryan made his in-ring comeback after a long layoff and faced off against Kane, only for the match to be ended via disqualification. Bryan did take his revenge when he pinned Kane during the 6 man tag team match later in the night.
