Trevor John Zegras is an American professional ice hockey centre currently playing for the Anaheim Ducks in the National Hockey League (NHL). Zegras was born on March 20, 2001, in Bedford, New York, and grew up idolising the New York Rangers and former player Patrick Kane.

During the 2019-2020 NCAA season, Zegras was an important player for Boston University Terriers men's ice hockey team and finished third among Division freshmen in points (36 points) in 33 games. He earned special recognition for being a finalist for Hockey East Rookie of the Year and was named to the Hockey East All-Rookie Team.

Zegras was selected as the ninth overall pick of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. He concluded his collegiate career in 2020, signing an entry-level contract with the Ducks after that. Zegras started with the San Diego Gulls of the American Hockey League in the 2020-2021 season. He finally made his professional NHL debut on February 5, 2021.
