Born in Atlanta, Wiggins initially enrolled at Grady High School before joining Westlake High School as a senior. During his high school years, he demonstrated versatility and prowess, excelling both as a wide receiver and cornerback. After his high school career, he was rated as a four-star recruit and ranked as the nation’s 7th overall cornerback prospect.
