Vincent Trocheck is an American professional ice hockey center who plays for the New York Rangers in the NHL. Notably, he was picked by the Florida Panthers in the third round (64th overall) of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. Trocheck was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and played minor ice hockey for the Pittsburgh Hornets until he was 13. Soon after, his family relocated to Detroit, Michigan, where Trocheck played for the Detroit Little Caesars. His tenure with the Caesars was notable as he was named a two-time national champion and a two-time league leading scorer in the Midwest Elite Hockey League (MWEHL).

Trocheck soon joined Saginaw Spirit of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) after getting picked as the 24th overall pick in the 2009 OHL Priority Draft. He also spent time with the San Antonio Rampage in the American Hockey League before transitioning to the NHL with the Panthers.
