Alexander Zverev Nickname

Alexander Zverev is a German tennis player who is known by the nickname "Sascha." Sascha is a common nickname for" Alexander" in Russia, and both his parents were Russian. That is primarily the reason behind his nickname.

His parents migrated to Germany in 1991 and Zverev was born there. Zverev has said in the past that he only wants his close ones to call him "Sascha," as he identifies himself as German and doesn't want a Russian nickname to be used for his professional career.
