Pascal Vincent is the head coach for the Laval Rocket, the AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens as of November 2024. His hockey journey started as a player in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). He began as an assistant coach for the St. Jean Lynx in the QMJHL and later became the head coach for Laval-Laurentides-Lanaudiere Regents. He received awards such as the Maurice Filion Trophy and the Ron Lapointe Trophy in 2007 and 2008 respectively.

Vincent became an assistant coach for the Winnipeg Jets in July 2011. After five years, he was promoted to head coach for their AHL affiliate, the Manitoba Moose, in 2016. His outstanding coaching with the Moose earned him recognition as the most outstanding coach for the 2017-18 AHL season. On June 24, 2021, he left the Manitoba Moose to join the coaching staff of the Columbus Blue Jackets. Vincent was named head coach of his hometown Laval Rocket, the AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, on July 16, 2024.
