Nigeria-born Ruke Orhorhoro is a gridiron football defensive tackle. Orhororo moved to Michigan at the age of nine where he developed an interest in football. He was invited to the 2024 NFL Combine where he managed to impress the scouts. Orhororo came in clutch ranking first among the DTs in terms of Athleticism Score (89). He is rated as a potential starter as he put up a prospect grade of 6.25. Moreover, he came in fourth overall among DTs as he had a total score of 77 at the combine.

Orhorhoro is compared to Justin Madubuike by the NFL Analyst and is called an explosive defender. Orhohoro has a strong build and feet quickness which he can combine to work in space. Because of his excellent balance and core strength, Orhorhoro is able to transfer power from his lower body through his arms effectively and without allowing linemen to torque him. His primary role is that of a power rusher, who disrupts the attack with a strong bull rush and first step.

Orhorhoro attended Clemson University playing for the Tigers. His college career boomed in 2021 as he appeared in 13 games recording 36 total tackles. In the 43 games he has appeared for the Tigers, Orhorhoro has a total of 88 tackles, 39 of which are solo. He was named to the Third-team All-ACC in the 2023 season.
