Swedish tennis legend Bjorn Borg was born on June 6, 1956, and held the No. 1 rank in singles for a total of 109 weeks. He is the only Swedish player to win 11 Grand Slam singles titles, including five consecutive Wimbledon titles and six French Open titles.


Borg won 66 ATP singles titles and is the only male player to achieve the Channel Slam thrice. He also won back-to-back Tour finals in 1979 and 1980 and the WCT Finals in 1976.
