Indian tennis star Sumit Nagal put out a historic performance at the 2024 Australian Open. He knocked out No. 31 seed Alexander Bublik 6-4, 6-2, 7-6(5) in the opening round of the Australian Open, becoming the first Indian player in 35 years to beat a seeded player at any Grand Slam since Ramesh Krishnan in 1989.
