Unlike most UFC contenders, Nate Diaz always made sure to keep his personal life private. As a matter of which, even his second daughter’s name has not been revealed yet.

We know Nate Diaz’s elder brother Nick Diaz, a former middleweight contender in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. ‘Diablo’ officially announced his retirement from professional mixed martial arts at UFC 266 on September 25, 2021. Diaz lost the bout via TKO at 0:44 in the third round. Nate and Nick Diaz run a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy in California called Nick Diaz Academy. They also have a licensed marijuana pre-roll production and are popularly known for their vegan diet.

Nate Diaz has been a free agent since leaving the UFC and already his professional boxing debut against the Youtuber turned boxer Jake Paul, on August 5, 2023. Moreover, the 39-year-old fighter is set to make his next outing against former UFC BMF champion, Jorge Masvidal in a boxing match on July 6, 2024.

Nate Diaz's sister

Nina Diaz is Nate Diaz’s younger sister.

Growing up with Nick and Nate Diaz, the three siblings were raised by a single mother and have had enough struggles. According to sources, Melissa Diaz (mother) had to work full time in order to provide for her children, and the absence of their father made it worse.

It is known that Nina Diaz used to train in karate at a young age and stopped it for unknown reasons. At the same time, Diaz's brother transitioned into Brazilian jiu-jitsu and started focusing more on choosing mixed martial arts as a career option.

On August 3, 2022, Nate Diaz took to his social media and posted a childhood photo of him with his siblings. And with this, it was understood that Nick and Nina Diaz share the same birthday despite an age difference.

Apart from these minor pieces of information, the Diaz brothers have kept Nina’s life private and away from the media.
