Stuart Skinner is a Canadian goaltender for the Edmonton Oilers as of April 2025. He was drafted 78th overall in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft and signed his entry-level contract in May 2018.

Skinner made his NHL debut on January 31, 2021, earning a win against Ottawa. He recorded his first shutout on February 14, 2022. In 2022–23, he became the Oilers' starter, played 50 games, and was named an NHL All-Star and Calder Trophy finalist. On January 23, 2024, he set a franchise record with 11 straight wins.

He represented Canada in international junior competitions, first with Canada Black in the 2014 U17 tournament, where the team placed seventh, and Skinner recorded a 4.05 GAA and .831 SV% across three games. In 2016, he played for Canada’s U18 team, achieving a 2.82 GAA and .860 SV% and finishing in fourth place.
