Stuart Skinner is a Canadian goaltender for the Edmonton Oilers as of April 2025. He was drafted 78th overall in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft and signed his entry-level contract in May 2018.

Skinner made his NHL debut on January 31, 2021, earning a win against Ottawa. He recorded his first shutout on February 14, 2022. In 2022–23, he became the Oilers' starter, played 50 games, and was named an NHL All-Star and Calder Trophy finalist. On January 23, 2024, he set a franchise record with 11 straight wins.

Stuart Skinner was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He represented Canada in international junior competitions, first with Canada Black in the 2014 U17 tournament, where the team placed seventh, and Skinner recorded a 4.05 GAA and .831 SV% across three games. In 2016, he played for Canada’s U18 team, achieving a 2.82 GAA and .860 SV% and finishing in fourth place.
