Zeev Buium is an American college ice hockey defenseman playing for University of Denver in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). He is also considered as a top prospect eligible for the upcoming 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

Looking back, Buium's hockey career began with the Los Angeles Jr. Kings 13U AAA team, where he scored 36 points in 56 games during the 2018-19 season. He then progressed to Shattuck St. Mary's, playing for the 14U AAA and 15U AAA teams, tallying 16 points in 56 games and 33 points in 43 games, respectively. For the 2021-22 season, he played for the U.S. National U17 Team, recording 13 points in 49 games, and also appeared in 32 USHL games with the USNTDP Juniors, contributing 5 points. The following season, he excelled with the U.S. National U18 Team, leading all team defensemen with 40 points in 63 games, and added 12 points in 23 USHL games.
