Leon Edwards, going by the moniker of “Rocky” is an English welterweight division MMA fighter in the UFC. Belonging from Erdington, West Midlands, England, Edwards started his early MMA career for promotions like Fight UK MMA and British Association of Mixed Martial Arts (BAMMA), where, he was a former one-time BAMMA RDX Welterweight Champion. Edwards faced Claudio Silva on his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 56: Shogun vs Saint Preux on November 8, 2014. Unfortunately, he lost his debut bout by split decision in Round 3. Nevertheless, he has since then turned himself around and won Performance of the Night twice at UFC.

Edwards presently holds an MMA record of 22-4-0 (1 NC). He won 22 fights (seven by KO/TKO, three by submission, and 11 by decision) and lost three fights (three by decision and one by disqualification). One of his fights ended in a no-contest.

Fabian Edwards is an English and Jamaican middleweight division MMA fighter at Bellator MMA. Popularly known as “The Assassin”, he is the younger brother of UFC Welterweight Champion Leon “Rocky” Edwards. Like his older brother, Fabian Edwards also started his early MMA career at the British Association of Mixed Martial Arts (BAMMA).

He arrived at Bellator MMA at Bellator Newcastle on February 9, 2019, and faced Lee Chadwick whom he defeated via decision in Round 3. Since then, he has grown as a fighter in the promotion while picking up many wins along the way. Although he has yet to achieve any significant milestone in his career, he has presented himself as a formidable adversary to his opponents. As of March 2025, Edwards has an MMA record of 13-4-0.

Fabian often supports Leon Edwards during his UFC fights as a cornerman. In Leon's second fight against Kamaru Usman, Fabian advised Leon to use a head kick, which ended up being the winning blow that made Leon the undisputed champion.
