Additionally, he was named a four-star athlete and won Maryland’s Gatorade POY in the 2019 season. He was also ranked the No. 12 running back in his senior year.


He joined the Michigan Wolverines in 2020 and played five games as a freshman, recording 74 rushing yards in six games. As a sophomore, he had 952 rushing yards and one TD. The running back became the first Wolverines athlete to record three consecutive 100-yard rushes since 2011.

Blake received the 2022 All-Big Ten award due to his outstanding football skills. He sustained a knee injury in November 2022 (Week 13) in a game against Ohio State. Unfortunately, his season-ending surgery affected his overall stats, as he finished with 247 rush attempts for 1,463 yards.
