Jim Ross on Daniel Bryan's match against Brock Lesnar, Lesnar's WWE future, more
Jim Ross posted his latest blog at JRsBarBQ.com. Jim Ross was asked many questions by his fans which mostly focussed on Daniel Bryan and Brock Lesnar. He also answered about the upcoming podcasts. Much more is contained in Ross' latest blog, including his thoughts on Daniel Bryan possibly being in the WWE title match at WrestleMania, Ray Stevens in the WWE Hall of Fame, Lucha Underground and much more. are some highlights:
Brock Lesnar's WWE future:
"Lesnar's long term career in WWE is still in question at this time and will remain so until he decides where he wants to hang out his shingle after WM31. There is still ample MMA talk regarding Brock as UFC would obviously love to have him back and Brock Lesnar in Bellator would be a huge coup for that organization so Lesnar has multiple options and all, one would assume, for significant cash."
If Daniel Bryan's size would be an issue for a potential WrestleMania match:
"Because some have asked, yes, Bryan and Lesnar could have a great match in any environment and those that think that DB's size is an issue have likely never had their butt kicked by someone smaller than them. Bryan is the best in ring performer WWE has and that statement alone tells me he can have a strong match with virtually anyone on the roster."
"Hurricane Helms will join me on the Ross Report on February 24 to review WWE's Fast Lane PPV that will be held in Memphis on Sunday Feb. 22. Gregory Shane Helms is a bright guy who will offer a unique perspective on the inaugural WWE PPV.
"We will also be talking to Shawn Michaels later in February to discuss his new book which is another show that I'm looking forward to hosting."
