Giannis Sina Ugo Antetokounmpo is a Greek professional basketball player who plays as a power forward for the Milwaukee Bucks. His freakish physical attributes have led the fans and media to dub him ‘The Greek Freak’. Kostas Antetokounmpo has played with the Dallas Mavericks and the Los Angeles Lakers. Alex Antetokounmpo with the Sacramento Kings and the Toronto Raptors (Summer League and Training Camp).


At the moment, Thanasis and Giannis are the only representatives of the Antetokounmpo family in the NBA. Born on October 20, 1988, Francis Olowu Ofili Antetokounmpo is the oldest but also the shortest of the Antetokounmpo brothers, standing at 6’5”. He was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and is the only African-born brother in the family. Just like all the Antetokounmpo brothers, he has athletic prowess. But what sets him apart is the fact that he has a musical bone in him.


Francis played professional soccer in Nigeria and Greece. He is also a music artist. He goes by his middle name, ‘Ofili’. He released his first single, ‘Shekosi, on July 22, 2020. He is said to have a net worth of around a million dollars.

Born on July 18, 1992, Athanasios Rotimi "Thanasis" Antetokounmpo is a Greek professional basketball player who plays for the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA as a power forward. He is the second oldest Antetokounmpo brother. Standing at 6’6” and weighing around 100 kg, Thanasis is also a genetic freak just like his brother Giannis, and has astounding athletic capabilities.


He has played professional basketball in the United States, Greece, and Spain (MoraBanc Andorra, though based in Andorra, plays in the Spanish basketball league).

In 2014, He was drafted 51st overall by the New York Knicks. He mostly played on their G-League squad. In 2019, he signed with the Bucks, reuniting with his younger brother Giannis. Thanasis became an NBA Champion after the Bucks beat the Suns in the 2021 NBA Finals.


Kostas Antetokounmpo



Born on November 20, 1997, Konstantinos Ndubuisi "Kostas" Antetokounmpo is a Greek professional basketball player who plays for Panathinaikos of the Greek Basket League and the EuroLeague as a power forward. Kostas is 6’10 with a 7’2 wingspan, giving him the potential to be a daunting figure for his opposition. He is the second youngest Antetokounmpo brother.


After Giannis was drafted, the family moved to Wisconsin, where Kostas played his high school basketball. He played a season of college basketball for the University of Dayton Flyers before declaring for the 2018 NBA Draft. The Philadelphia 76ers selected Kostas with the 60th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft and traded him to the Dallas Mavericks. He would play predominantly in the G-League before getting waived in the 2019 offseason. He was claimed off waivers by the Lakers in 2019 and won a championship with them the same season, becoming the first of the Antetokounmpo brothers to win an NBA Championship.


In search of playing time, Kostas signed with French Team ASVEL Basket in 2021. In 2022, he played for the Windy City Bulls of the NBA's G-League and then played with Fenerbahçe before landing with Panathinaikos in 2023.


Alex Antetokounmpo



Born on August 27, 2001, Alexandros Emeka "Alex" Antetokounmpo is a Greek professional basketball player. He is the youngest of Giannis Antetokounmpo's siblings. The athletic genes passed on from Charles and Veronica Antetokounmpo were received by all their sons, including Alex.


He already has the body of a prototypical NBA wing player. He stands at 6’8 and weighs around 100 kg. He played his high school basketball in Wisconsin and instead of choosing to play college basketball, he decided to play in Europe for a year. He played one season for UCAM Murcia in the Spanish Basketball League before declaring for the 2021 NBA Draft. He went undrafted, but he is only 22 years old and we should see him in an NBA jersey sooner rather than later. Giannis claimed that Alex has the potential to be better than him.
