Jasmine Paolini's parents are Ugo Paolini and Jacqueline Gardiner. She also has a younger brother named William Paolini.

In an interview with WTA Tennis in March 2022, Paolini shared that her parents asked her to choose between swimming and tennis when she was young. She said:

"I remember that my father and my mother told me, you have to choose one sport to do. In Bagni Di Lucca there was all tennis or a swimming pool and because of my uncle who was playing tennis, I decided to go to play. I enjoyed it a lot ever since I started it. I really enjoyed to be at the tennis club. We were like a big family and I had friends there. It was really nice."

According to the official website of the WTA, Paolini's mother, Jacqueline Gardiner, is of Polish-Ghanaian descent. During an interview at the 2024 Indian Wells, Paolini said she inherited her jovial nature from her mother. She said:

"I think my mom is like this. She’s smiling a lot and it’s part of me. I’m smiling always. I really like this part of myself."

In March 2024, Paolini told WTA Insider that her mother used to speak Polish while she was young, which helped her learn the language. She said:

"When I was young [my mother] was speaking to me in Polish. Now I can speak Polish, but I also forgot some words.

Ugo Paolini, the father of Jasmine Paolini, is of Italian descent. According to reports, Jasmine Paolini dedicated the trophy she won at the W100 Les Fanquesses del Valles to her father, acknowledging his support throughout her tennis career.
