Caleb Michael David Houstan is a Canadian professional basketball player, and as of December 2024, he plays for the Orlando Magic, wearing jersey number 2. Houstan initially attended St. Marcellinus Secondary School in Mississauga, Ontario, and later graduated from Montverde Academy in Montverde, Florida, where he averaged 10 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game as a sophomore. He helped the Eagles to a 25-0 record and ranked No. 1 in the country. Houstan was named to the McDonald's All-American team and the Jordan Brand Classic in 2021. He was a five-star-rated recruit by 247Sports, Rivals, and ESPN in the class of 2021. Houstan enrolled at the University of Michigan and joined the Michigan Wolverines men's basketball team, where he played for the 2021-2022 season, averaging 10.1 points, four rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game over 34 games. He declared for the 2022 NBA Draft, forgoing his remaining college eligibility on June 1, 2022.

Houstan was selected by the Orlando Magic as the 32nd overall pick in the second round of the 2022 NBA Draft. He made his NBA debut against the Detroit Pistons as the first player off the bench and made his NBA Summer League debut in 2022. Additionally, he played for the Lakeland Magic and the Osceola Magic in the NBA G League. As of December 2024, Houstan represented the Canadian men's national basketball team in the 2018 FIBA Under-17 Basketball World Cup in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada; the 2019 FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship in Belém, Brazil, where his team secured the silver medal; and the 2021 FIBA Under-19 Basketball World Cup in Riga and Daugavpils, Latvia, according to his FIBA profile.
