Cheick Diallo: A Brief Biography

Cheick Daillo is a Malian professional basketball player for the Phoenix Suns in the NBA. In the 2016 NBA Draft he was selected with the 33rd overall pick by the Los Angeles Clippers.


Through its international program, Diallo began attending Our Savior New American School in Centereach, New York. He was a 5 star recruit in high school.Diallo was named MVP of the 2015 McDonald's All-American Boys Game after scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Diallo was also named MVP of the 2015 Jordan Brand Classic.


Dallio committed to Kansas. In his lone career he averaged 3.0 points and 2.5 rebounds in 7.5 minutes per game. He declared for the NBA Draft and was selected by the New Orleans Pelicans as the 33rd pick.


Mostly a G league player he is trying to make his mark in the league. An untapped potential an All-American MVP. He just needs to have a breakout season to finally fulfill his potential.
