Jeremy Lamb: A Brief Biography
Jeremy Emmanuel Lamb is an American professional basketball player who plays as a shooting guard/small forward for the Charlotte Hornets of the NBA. As a freshman, he was the second-leading scorer on the 2011 national champion Connecticut Huskies team(only behind Kemba Walker).
Lamb averaged 11.1 points per game in his freshman season for the Huskies. He was part of Team USA for the 2011 U19 FIBA World Cup, He had a disappointing Sophomore year.
Lamb was selected with the 12th overall pick in the 2012 NBA draft by the Houston Rockets. On October 27, 2012, Lamb was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder, On November 14, 2014, he recorded his first career double-double with career-highs of 24 points and 10 rebounds in a loss to the Detroit Pistons
On June 25, 2015, Lamb was traded to the Charlotte Hornets, a move which united him with Huskies teammate Kemba Walker, On December 20, 2017, Lamb scored a career-high 32 points in a 129–111 loss to the Toronto Raptors.
