Early life

On August 23, 1990, Seth was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. Seth went to Charlotte Christian School, Throughout his high school career, he played for Charlotte Christian School. Curry had averaged 22.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists while shooting 52% from the field in his final year. Seth began his collegiate athletic career with the Liberty University Flames. Seth made the decision to transfer from Liberty University to Duke University because he wanted to play in the NBA. He scored a career-high 31 points against Santa Clara in 2012. In the 2013 NBA Draft, Seth Curry went undrafted. He began playing professionally in the NBA D-League (now called NBA G-League). He was twice chosen as a D-League All-Star while playing for the Santa Cruz Warriors and the Erie BayHawks (now known as the Lakeland Magic). With the Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Memphis Grizzlies, he signed 10-day, non-guaranteed contracts.

With the signing of a two-year, $2 million contract before the start of the 2016 NBA Season, Seth was finally given the chance to play an entire NBA season.
