Now in his seventh NBA season, Bogdan Bogdanovic, also known as “Bogi”, is a veteran shooting guard who plays for the Atlanta Hawks. His name “Bogdan” translates to "gift from God” in Serbian.

Since debuting for the Sacramento Kings in 2017, Bogi has made a name for himself as an elite shooter. In 2018, he was selected to represent ‘Team World’ in the Rising Stars Challenge, where he won MVP honors after dropping 26 points, while shooting seven of 13 from the 3-point line, and leading his team to victory.

One of Bogdanović's finest moments for the Kings came on December 27, 2018, in a game against the LA Lakers. With the Kings trailing by two points and only 4.3 seconds left on the clock, Bogdanović hit a remarkable off-balance, off-the-dribble 3-point shot over Tyson Chandler to secure the win — a shot that will forever be remembered by Kings fans.

After his tenure with the Kings, Bogdanović joined the Atlanta Hawks, where he continues to showcase his sharpshooting prowess. In the 2021 playoffs, he delivered several clutch performances, including a memorable 3-pointer against the Philadelphia 76ers, shushing the crowd after the dagger.
