In his freshman year with Notre Dame in 2022, Benjamin Morrison secured a spot in the starting lineup. In his debut against the Ohio State Buckeyes, he made three tackles and a pivotal pass deflection and made his first career start versus California. However, he had a breakthrough game against Clemson, securing two interceptions in an upset victory. Morrison earned several accolades including Freshman All-American honors in 2022. Last season as a junior, Morrison tallied 20 tackles and entered the 2025 NFL Draft, foregoing his final year of college.

Before his collegiate journey, Morrison attended Brophy College Preparatory, where he played under head coach Jason Jewell. In his junior year, he averaged 28.0 yards per kick. As a senior, he posted 53 combo tackles and two interceptions. He was named a four-star recruit by all major sport outlets and was named the No.3 ranked player in Arizona by 247Sports and Rivals.
