Mizoram champions Dinthar FC take two Shillong Lajong FC players on loan

The champions of the inaugural Mizoram Premier League, Dinthar FC, have strengthened their squad for the new 2013/14 season with the loan signing of Shillong Lajong FC duo Lalnunmawia and Ronald Zothanzama.For the Mizoram club, the signing of the duo is a big catch and the hope is that they can help the club retain their Mizoram Premier League title.

Both players are 21 years old with Ronald Zothanzama being a central defender, while Lalnunmawia is a striker.

The duo have been loaned by Shillong Lajong FC to Dinthar FC to gain further match practice and after the end of their loan period, the Mizo duo hope to leave their home state and return to Meghalaya to make a breakthrough at Lajong FC.

The Dinthar FC secretary H. Lalrammawia further informed that the loan period for the duo would be from August 7, 2013 until the end of the season.
