In a Wrestlemania 18 rematch, The Rock and Hulk Hogan battled at No Way Out 2003 to determine who’s the best between them. The match did not have a lot of background attached to it since both men were returning to the ring after a brief hiatus. Both men started to feud as faces but just before the event, The Rock turned heel by spitting water on Hogan. The match itself was pretty short and had an interference by Vince McMahon who aided The Rock to defeat Hulk Hogan. Just when Hogan got the upper edge in the match, the lights went out and Vince interfered, handing over a steel chair to the Rock who used it to attack Hogan. This resulted in a pinfall victory for The Rock.
