Will Hardy is an American basketball coach, serving as the head coach of the Utah Jazz in the NBA. He was born on January 21, 1988, in the United States. Hardy began his coaching career after playing basketball in college, where he played at Williams College from 2006 to 2010 at the position of small forward.

Hardy began his coaching career with the San Antonio Spurs as a basketball operations intern in 2010. He became an assistant coach under Gregg Popovich in 2016. During his tenure with the Spurs, Hardy contributed to nine playoff appearances, two NBA Finals appearances, and an NBA Championship in 2014. In 2021, Hardy joined the Boston Celtics as an assistant coach under Ime Udoka, where he helped guide the team to its first NBA Finals appearance since 2010. On June 29, 2022, Hardy was named the head coach of the Utah Jazz, becoming the youngest head coach in the NBA at the time, as per NBA.
