Andrew Mukuba Sr. is a former Zimbabwean collegiate football safety for the Texas Longhorns in the 2024 season. He was born in Harare, Zimbabwe and moved to the United States at the age of nine. He went to Lyndon B. Johnson High School, where he was named District Offensive Player of the Year during his senior year. In 2019, Mukuba was named District 12- 5A Newcomer of the Year and posted 80 tackles and five interceptions on the year. He was rated a four-star athlete according to 247Sports and ESPN and was rated the fifth-best safety in the country. (via Clemson Tigers' official website)

Mukuba embarked on his college career with the Clemson Tigers in 2021 and was named ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year in his debut campaign. He was credited with 47 tackles and one sack, as per Sports Reference. As a sophomore in 2022, Mukuba started as a cornerback for the first time and posted 54 total tackles on the year. However, after three years with the Clemson Tigers, Mukuba decided to transfer tothe Texas Longhorns in 2024. For the season, Mukuba recorded a career-high 69 total tackles with five interceptions. As a senior in 2024, Mukuba earned Third-Team All-SEC honours before declaring himself for the 2025 NFL Draft. (via Texas Longhorns' official website)
