Christian McCaffrey is an American football running back for the San Francisco 49ers as of 2025. The Carolina Panthers of the National Football League drafted Christian McCaffrey with the eighth overall pick of the 2017 NFL draft. After five years with the Panthers, McCaffrey was traded to the San Francisco 49ers, where he excelled in both his running and receiving games.
