Terence Steele is an American football offensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL. Signed as an undrafted free agent after the 2020 NFL Draft, Steele has played exclusively for the Cowboys. In 2023, he signed a five-year, $86.8 million contract extension with the team. Over his four-season stint, he has appeared in 62 games, starting 57 of them, and has recorded 1 receiving touchdown in his career. The Texas native, Steele played for the Texas Tech Red Raiders, representing the Texas Tech University from 2015 to 2019.

During his time at TTU from 2015 to 2019, he earned Honorable Mention All-Big 12 honors in both 2019 and 2018, and was named to the All-Big 12 Freshman Second Team in 2016. Following the 2019 season, he was selected to play in the 2020 Reese’s Senior Bowl. Before committing to TTU, Steele attended Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas, where he started playing football. Upon graduation, he received a three-star recruit rating from both Rivals and ESPN.
