The Golden State Warriors have been named as a potential landing spot for Detroit Pistons scorer Bojan Bogdanovic. The Warriors are trying to survive the next two to four weeks without Steph Curry, who's out with a left shoulder injury.

According to Grant Hughes of Bleacher Report, Bogdanovic would be an ideal fit for the defending champions. Hughes explained that Curry's absence could force the Warriors to find help and reinforce the roster.

Bogdanovic is no longer just a shooter but is a legitimate scorer. He can make catch-and-shoot threes, drive to the basket or find other ways to score. He's averaging 21.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists, while shooting 49.7% from the field and 42.3% from beyond the arc.

So, who could the Golden State Warriors trade in exchange for Bogdanovic? Grant Hughes opined that Golden State could part ways with James Wiseman and Moses Moody, plus another salary filler.

However, Hughes also pointed out that the Warriors are not the only team interested in Bogdanovic. The LA Lakers tried to acquire him from the Utah Jazz before he was traded to the Detroit Pistons in the offseason.

The only downside to acquiring Bogdanovic is that he's already 33. He also signed a two-year extension worth $39 million, which will kick in next season. The Warriors have the biggest payroll in the NBA, while their superstars are already in their 30s.

Meanwhile, the Pistons are still rebuilding around Cade Cunningham, Jaden Ivey and Jalen Duren. They're not expected to make the playoffs this season and could be in play for the first overall pick next year.

Can Golden State Warriors survive without Steph Curry?

Steph Curry suffered a partial dislocation of his left shoulder in a game against the Indiana Pacers.

He's set to miss several weeks, as per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. The Golden State Warriors superstar declined to give a timeline of his return at a news conference last Friday.

"From what I know about shoulder injuries and situations like that, any time you can avoid surgery or anything like that, its great news," Curry said. "It's the first time I've done it, and those usually take a little longer than if it's a recurring thing. Just gotta trust the plan that we have and do my work."

Since losing Curry to injury, the defending champs are 1-1 and could be in trouble due to their schedule. They face the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets in their next two games before a showdown against the Memphis Grizzlies at Christmas.

Jordan Poole stepped up in the Warriors' win over the Toronto Raptors on Sunday. He scored a career-high 43 points to lead Golden State. He will have to continue playing like a superstar if the defending champions want to survive in the absence of Curry.
