CSKA Moscow attacking midfielder, Keisuke Honda will be moving to AC Milan, CEO Adriano Galliani confirmed.

“Now we can say it,” Galliani told the club’s official website, www.acmilan.com. “From January 3, 2014, Keisuke Honda will be a Milan player.”

Honda joined the Russian giants in 2010 from Eredivisie side VVV-Venlo. The Japan International scored 28 goals in 121 appearances for the Russian outfit.

Honda could be making his Serie A debut for AC Milan on Jan 6 when they play Atlanta.

The attacking midfielder will be a free agent at the end of this month. There had been numerous speculations about him linking him with a move to Milan but now it has been officially confirmed that he will be indeed be moving to the Red side of San Siro.
