Arsenal legend Ian Wright wants teams to take more advantage of Manchester United star David de Gea's issues. He wants the players to surround him during the corners, and that will make him shaky.

De Gea has been in wobbly form for Manchester United and has made a few too many mistakes this season that has cost them points. The Spaniard fumbled a simple shot from Said Benrahma on Sunday (May 7) that saw the Red Devils lose 1-0.

Speaking on the Premier League productions, Wright claimed that it was time for more clubs to target the Spaniard during corners. He said:

"At some stage, Manchester United are going to have to look at that position. The concentration just isn't there at times. It is a priority position for them? Maybe it's not. But that goal could cost them the Champions League."
"Whenever you get bodies around him he gets very, very shaky. I still can't understand why teams don't put in-swinging corners in to him at every single opportunity. He's never comfortable in that situation."

David de Gea and Manchester United will be back in action on Saturday (May 13) as they take on Wolverhampton Wanderers in a Premier League home clash.

Manchester United hunting for David de Gea replacement

David de Gea has his contract expiring at the end of the season and Manchester United are yet to offer him a new deal.

The Red devils are looking for a replacement as Erik ten Hag wants a goalkeeper who is confident with the ball at his feet.

Former England goalkeeper David James believes they should be targeting Brighton & Hove Albion star Robert Sanchez. He told LordPing:

"If you look around the Premier League for an alternative, there is one keeper who I do like, Robert Sanchez at Brighton. He is a young, capable goalkeeper, who with the right coaching I feel could be absolutely top drawer."
"I'm not suggesting that ManUtd get rid of David de Gea, but his contract does expire in the summer and at the end of the season when the transfer window opens, he will be able to join a club on a free transfer if wants to. If United are looking for a replacement for him, a player with Premier League experience, then I think Sanchez could be the guy. He has the potential to be an absolute monster."

Sanchez has lost his starting place at Brighton and is reportedly looking to leave the club.
