Paris, July 8 (IANS) Defender Pepe trained separately on Friday while doubts remain about his participation at the Euro football championship final against France here on Sunday.
The Real Madrid defender already missed, due to a thigh injury, the Euro 2016 semi-final against Wales, which Portugal won 2-0, reports Efe.
In the fifteen minutes during which the press had access to the training, Pepe worked with Portugal physiotherapist Antonio Gaspar, who is trying to recover the key player before the final.
The remaining 22 players of Portugal trained normally.
