Video: Mkhitaryan double maintains Dortmund's 100 per cent record

Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored twice for Borussia Dortmund to maintain their winning start to the Bundesliga season.

The Armenian’s brace secured a 2-1 win away to Eintracht Frankfurt.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan, a 27.5 million euro off-season signing from Shakhtar Donetsk, opened his Bundesliga account for Dortmund in the 10th minute.

Jakub Blaszczykowski timed his pass perfectly to set up the Armenian.

And it was another off-season signing, Frankfurt’s Czech striker Vaclav Kadlec, who equalised in the 36th.

Mkhitaryan produced a fine individual effort for what proved to be the winner in the 56th minute.

2-1 the final score – Dortmund are the only Bundesliga side to have won all four games since the season began.

Earlier, VfB Stuttgart routed Hoffenheim 6-2 in Thomas Schneider’s first Bundesliga game in charge of after replacing Bruno Labbadia during the week.

Vedad Ibisevic claimed a hat-trick against his former club.

Antonio Ruediger and two from Alexandru Maxim completed the scoring for the Swabians.

Kevin Volland and Roberto Firmino scored consolations for Hoffenheim.
