ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon and ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9, delivered one of the greatest fights in Muay Thai history.

After years of dominating the competition, two of the most destructive strikers on the planet stepped inside the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium for a showdown at ONE Friday Fights 34 in September.

For three rounds, both men threw everything they had at one another, including some especially brutal elbows from 'The Iron Man' that had the blood flowing.

After three intense rounds of action, it was Superlek who came out on top, securing a unanimous decision victory — though the result was far from unanimous among fight fans with many of them believing Rodtang had done more than enough damage to walk away with the win.

'The Iron Man' will look to get back to his winning ways when he makes his return to the ring at ONE 167 on June 7.

Denis Puric ready to put on a show against Rodtang

Emanating from Impact Arena in Bangkok, ONE Championship will present ONE 167, a loaded lineup featuring some of the promotion's top stars on June 7.

Making just his third appearance in the world of kickboxing under the ONE banner, Rodtang will dawn the eight-ounce gloves for a bantamweight showdown with 'The Bosnian Menace' Denis Puric in a bout that could be a preview of an inevitable Muay Thai world title clash.

Puric is fresh off a big win over Jacob Smith at ONE Fight Night 21, moving him to the No. 2 spot in the flyweight Muay Thai rankings. Before that, he scored a highlight-reel knockout over Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat at ONE Fight Night 17.

With a couple of noteworthy wins in his last two outings, fans expect to see Puric challenging for ONE Championship gold in the near future. But first, he'll have to go toe-to-toe with 'The Iron Man' in a massive kickboxing bout on martial arts' biggest global stage.
