Sterling to Madrid?

As the transfer window is coming to an end, we look at the rumours that have been floating around today. Todays transfer rumours involves Liverpool with a move for PortosRuben Neves, David De Gea signing a new contract, Wenger looking to bring another defender, Chelsea signing another young talentDanilo Pantic, and Iker Casillas is linked with a move to the United States.

#1 Liverpool

Sterling to Madrid?

According to reports in the Mirror, Liverpool are tracking Porto's Ruben Neves who has a £29m release clause in his contract. The 17-year-old has been compared to Sergio Busquets. Mirror also suggest Liverpool scouts were present in Madeira at the weekend to watch the highly rated youngster.

According to Goal, Liverpool have first option on Birmingham City winger Demarai Gray. The 18-year-old is a hot property in England and is wanted by Austrian outfit Red Bull Salzburg. Birmingham boss Gary Rowett believes Gray is ready to play for a top 4 Premier League side.

Another report in the AS Futbol suggests that Liverpool are interested in signing Atletico Madrid star Koke as a replacement for long serving skipper Steven Gerrard.Manchester United are also keen on bringing the Spaniard to Old Trafford.

The Express suggest European Golden Boy winner Raheem Sterling is wanted by Spanish giants Real Madrid. Sterling is yet to sign a new contract with the Anfield outfit, but Rodgers is confident the deal will be wrapped up very soon.

According to Spanish website La Liga blog, Liverpool are hoping to complete £17 million deal for Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen before the January transfer window closes.

#2 Manchester United

According to Sportsmediaset, David De Gea has signed a new contract with Manchester United that will keep him at the club till 2020. David De Gea has been linked with a move to Real Madrid, but it now seems that the Spaniard has decided to stay at Old Trafford.

According to the very reliable Guillem Balague, Athletic Bibao’s Aymeric Laporte is ready to sign for Manchester United if they are willing to pay his £32 million release clause. Reports suggest Manchester United are hoping to bring him to Old Trafford before the end of the transfer window.

According to the Express, Real Madrid have joined Manchester United in the race to sign Paul Pogba. Recently, Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola refused to rule out a return to Old Trafford.

Reports suggest Nick Powell will leave Old Trafford on loan before the transfer window shuts down. The 20-year-old spent first half of the season at Leicester City, but was recalled by Manchester United due to lack of first team appearances.

#3 Arsenal and Manchester City

Adil Rami to Arsenal?

According to reports in the Express, Manchester City have joined the race to sign Chuba Akpom. Liverpool are also interested in signing the 19-year-old who is out of contract this summer. Arsenal have offered Akpom a three-year deal, but it remains to be seen if he stays at the Emirates.

According to Forza Italian Football, Arsenal are interested in signing AC Milan defender Adil Rami. The Gunners have already signed Villarreal’s Gabriel Paulista, but reports suggest that Wenger is looking to add another defender to his squad.

According to Manchester Evening News, Manchester City are interested in bringing Pep Guardiola to Etihad in the summer as he is the right man to take the club’s ambitious project forward. The former Barcelona manager has 18 months left in his current deal at Bayern Munich.

Reports in Daily Star suggests Paul Pogba is in Manchester City’s radar and they are ready to offer Stevan Jovetic plus cash to bring the French international to Etihad.

#4 Chelsea

Ramos to Stamford Bridge?

According to the Express, Chelsea are ready to bid for Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos. Reports also suggest the Spaniard has turned down Real Madrid initial contract offer.Mourinho is keen on bringing his former player to Stamford Bridge as a long term replacement for John Terry.

Reports in the Mirror suggest that Chelsea will complete the signing of 18-year-old Partizan Belgrade starlet Danilo Pantic. The Serbian confirmed his move to Chelsea and he believes it would be best for him and Partizan Belgrade.

Standard reports Chelsea are struggling to find buyers for Mohamed Salah and Andre Schurrle. Mourinho needs to sell them in order to complete a deal for Fiorentina’s Juan Cuadrado.

According to Daily Star, Wolfsburg have ruled out the signing of Andre Schurrle. The German international has been linked with a move to Wolfsburg, but it now appears he’ll stay at Stamford Bridge.

#5 Real Madrid and La Liga clubs

Bale going nowhere!

Gareth Bale has ruled out a move to Manchester United and has expressed his desire to stay in Madrid. The Welsh star also Cadena SER,"The fans are amazing. I love playing at home, at the Bernabeu, and trying to score more goals, it's what I love to do. It's really exciting to play at home and to score goals."

According to Give Me Sport, Real Madrid star Iker Casillas could join the likes of Steven Gerrard, Kaka and David Villa in Major League Soccer. David De Gea has been constantly linked with a move to Real Madrid and Casillas would want to leave Santiago Bernabeu for a fresh challenge.

According to reports in Talk Sport, Sevilla have moved ahead of Tottenham in the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot. Sevilla are now favourites to sign the teenager in a loan deal.

Reports also suggest Sevilla’s Colombian striker Carlos Bacca could be on his way to White Hart Lane. Tottenham are interested in using Roberto Soldado in a part-exchange deal for Carlos Bacca.
