Serena Williams has hinted towards making an appearance at the next Met Gala with her daughter Olympia.

The American legend, who retired at the 2022 US Open Championships, is now prioritizing growing her businesses and spending quality time with her loved ones.

She recently shared an adorable video of Olympia trying out a glamorous outfit in their walk-in closet on her Instagram account. Williams quoted the post by cheekily asking her husband whether a MET Gala appearance was on the cards for her daughter.

Fans have admired the infectious chemistry between the former World No. 1 and Olympia. They are always eager to stay updated on their latest adventures and interactions. The mother-daughter duo were recently also seen sporting matching nightsuits and striking a number of poses for mirror selfies. The 41-year-old seemed to be rejoicing in some quality time with her daughter and again left her fans in awe of their adorable bond.

Not only that, Alexis Ohanian proved that Williams and her daughter Olympia share an unbreakable bond after giving their fans a glimpse of his wife's office on social media. There were plenty of lovable pictures, including a portrait of Olympia laughing, a picture of her with Alexis Ohanian on the beach and a Superwoman-themed illustration of Williams with her daughter.

An emotional Serena Williams reflected back on her glittering career with good friend Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, on an episode of her podcast "Archetypes". Markle, who's been a close friend of the former World No. 1, asked Williams about her future plans and how she wishes to embrace life after tennis.

Williams stated that it wouldn't be easy for her to make the adjustments as playing tennis was a near perfect decision and one which couldn't have worked any better.

"Tennis was chosen for me and I loved that choice and I couldn't have made a better choice, right? So I was really happy that that happened," the 41-year-old said. "But now, for the first time in my entire life, I'm choosing to do something. And it's hard because it's like, it's something I've actually never done."
