According to the report, Rahm moved from 28th place on the 2023 list to 2nd place in 2024, largely because of his deal with LIV Golf. The article mentions that the Spaniard reportedly signed for $350 million, although other media talk about more than $500 million.

Jon Rahm is one more of the athletes from various sports who have seen their earnings grow significantly after entering a league backed by Saudi money. In the same case are Cristiano Ronaldo himself, Neymar and Karim Benzema, all in the Top 10s of the list.
