He played there till 2013, after which he declared for the 2013 NBA Draft and was picked with the fifth overall pick in the first round by the Phoenix Suns. Len averaged 2.5 points, 1.0 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game in the 2023-24 season for the Sacramento Kings, where he played 48 games in the season.
