Jae'Sean Tate is a professional basketball small forward for the Houston Rockets in the 2024/25 NBA season. He went undrafted in the 2018 NBA Draft, after which he joined the Milwaukee Bucks for the Summer League, though he did not get any playing time due to an injury. Regardless, he joined the Antwerp Giants of Belgium in August. The next season, he joined the Australian NBL's Sydney Kings in 2019-20. He was selected for the Belgian League All-Star team, the Belgian League All-Offensive Team, and the Belgian Cup champion in 2019. In 2014, he joined Ohio State University and was named to the 2015 Big Ten All-Freshman Team. As a senior, he averaged 12.3 points and 6.2 rebounds per game for a 25-9 NCAA Tournament team. The coaches selected him to the Second Team All-Big Ten, and the media picked him honorable mention all-conference. Tate finished with 1,512 points, ranking 19th among Ohio State's top scorers.
