Howard made his NBA debut against the Houston Rockets and made his first field goal three days later against the LA Clippers. The Magic later transferred him to their G League affiliate Osceola Magic, where he recorded a 34-point game against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. Such performances saw Howard being given multiple temporary spots on the Magic’s roster. Across 18 games in his first season in the NBA, Jett Howard has averaged 3.7 minutes per game and recorded 1.6 points, 0.4 rebounds and 33.3% from the field. As he continues to hone his skills, Howard is sure to see a more prominent role with the Orlando Magic in the coming seasons.
