Moses Moody is an American basketball player playing for the Golden State Warriors of the NBA as of May 2025. He was drafted by the Golden State Warriors with the 14th overall pick in the first round of the 2021 NBA Draft. In his high school years, Moody played basketball at Parkview Arts and Science Magnet High School, North Little Rock High School and Montverde Academy, Florida. Moody received offers from Illinois and North Carolina but decided to stay at home and committed to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Moody played only one season (2020-21) for Arkansas, where he earned SEC Freshman of the Year and First Team All-SEC honors. Moody was drafted by the Warriors and won an NBA championship with them in 2022. As of May 2025, he played 255 games and averaged 7.0 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 0.9 assists per game.
