Noah Ali Farrakhan is a young NBA draft prospect and a college basketball player who plays as a guard for the West Virginia Mountaineers. He was born on December 3, 2000, in Short Hills, N.J. Standing at 6 feet 1 inch, Farrakhan began his basketball journey at The Patrick School in Hillsdale, N.J., where he played as a senior during the 2019-20 season. He led the team to a sectional championship, averaging 7.1 points and 2.4 assists per game while shooting 46 per cent.

He began high school at St. Benedict’s Prep in Newark, N.J., where he was a member of the 2017 and 2018 NJISSA state championship teams. As a sophomore, he earned Second Team All-State honours.

Following his freshman campaign at East Carolina, he played basketball at Eastern Michigan for the last two seasons. In his last season at Eastern Michigan, he started 28 of the 31 games he played, averaging 12.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 0.7 steals.

Farrakhan is gaining recognition due to his impressive college career, making him a potential NBA draft prospect who could be picked in the second round.
