TAL On Fire: Gameweek 3 Division 4

Zuvundru Victor (Simba Sports) scored an incredible solo goal last week to lead his side to a win against United 4th FC

Papi Keita of BCFC put in another man of the match performance to stay on fire while we have three new forwards and a centre back who were in form last week.

Ibrahim Al-Saadi (Kammanhattan All Stars)

The centre-back was decisive in his defending last game against Rangers powering his side to back-to-back wins. His sense of awareness coupled with his decision making makes him a calm and composed defender even when under pressure. He can also bring up the ball and make plays on the attack making an all around defender

Papi Keita (Bangalore City FC B)

The forward was once again on the score sheet and scored a brace to lead his side to maximum points against Tornadoes FC in what turned out to be a close encounter. The lanky forward has now scored 10 goals in three games and is running away with the golden boot already.

There are other good players in the team but he is the MVP for them.

Victor Zuvundru (Simba Sports FC)

The powerhouse that is Zuvundru was on full display against United 4th Phase FC in GW 3 when the striker picked up the ball in midfield, beat two opponents and went on to score a brilliant individual goal late in the game to ensure his side all three points; all of this even after coming on as a late substitute in the second half.

Zuvundru will be key to his side’s chances for the title, especially against teams with good defences where his individual efforts can change the game.

Bobin Shresta (Royal Eagles FC)

The striker has now scored 5 goals in 3 games and has been Royal Eagles MVP so far. He possesses a deadly shot on him while can hold up the ball pretty well. He scored both the goals in the Eagles win over Can-a-bees FC in GW 3 and from the looks of it, he will the focal point of their attack.

His solo goal last week where he dribbled past a couple of defenders to slot home a goal from a tight angle shows his willingness to take on opponents on his own when things aren’ working out for his team.

Devanshu Sharma (The Aces)

The forward has been decisive in each of the Aces past two games making sure they gained points from both of those games. His link up play is excellent while he has an eye for a goal as well. His partnership with Sai Mahesh up front seems to be working well and the team will be hoping their partnership continues as they look for that elusive win.
