Who's going to stop Venezia in this tournament? Certainly no one is the answer. Well, they play a different brand of cricket compared to the other teams and that's the reason why they look menacing and unstoppable so far. You can't blame Lonigo as they produced a brilliant batting display, and against any side, these total would've been enough to defend but not against this destructive Venezia outfit. Haque and Ahmed just put Lonigo bowlers under severe pressure right from the word go, and due to their brutal batting, none really had a clue on how to even make these batsmen play ones and twos. It was raining fours and sixes and eventually, what we thought would be a difficult target, was chased with 14 deliveries to spare. This is absolute mayhem and rest of the teams won't fancy facing Venezia going forward in this tournament. Although the contest looked one-sided, we were treated with some lethal hitting from Haque & co. Hope you enjoyed the coverage from me (Pragadeesh) and my fellow textpert Sooryanarayanan. Until next time, see yaaaa.
7.2 Bavneet Singh to Sharif Ahmmed, SIX! AND THERE YOU GO! Seals the game in style does Sharif! On a fullish length on leg stump and he launches it high over the mid wicket fence. A finish befitting of this run chase! Venezia have comprehensively bulldozed Lonigo and have romped home by 9 wickets with a massive 14 deliveries to spare! That's 7 out 7 now in this tournament for Venezia!
7.1 Bavneet Singh to Sharif Ahmmed, full and straight at the stumps, tucked straight to the fielder at square leg

6.6 Sandeep Singh to Nazmul Haque, goes after a widish delivery outside off but fails to connect. Just four off the over! Golly!
6.5 Sandeep Singh to Sharif Ahmmed, tucked towards mid-wicket for another single
6.4 Sandeep Singh to Nazmul Haque, back of a length outside off, dabbed late towards third man for a single; a horrible overthrow but luckily it doesn't cost them anything
6.3 Sandeep Singh to Sharif Ahmmed, pushes a length delivery towards long off to hand back the strike to his skipper
6.2 Sandeep Singh to Nazmul Haque, full outside off, driven straight to mid-off for a single

Over: 6 | Summary: 1 W 6 0 4 6 Bowler: Bhavneet Singh Score: 116/1
5.6 Bhavneet Singh to Sharif Ahmmed, SIX! They just don't seem to have learnt their lesson! They keep dishing out short ones and the ball keeps getting pulled over the mid-wicket fence! Sharif having some fun of his own here!
Finally, a breakthrough and it is deemed needless as the damage is done already
5.5 Bhavneet Singh to Sharif Ahmmed, FOUR! DROPPED! Short again outside off, slaps it over the covers as the fielder in the deep fluffs it while lunging forward; what's worse, the ball goes through him to the fence!
5.4 Bhavneet Singh to Sharif Ahmmed, short outside off, swings and misses!
5.3 Bhavneet Singh to Sharif Ahmmed, SIX! WATCH OUT ON THE STREETS! Sharif is underway in style as he pulls a short one way over square leg and the ball keeps travelling; nearly into the streets!
5.2 Bhavneet Singh to Hosan Ahmed, OUT! A WICKET! A WICKET FOLKS! A nothing delivery really, dragged down outside leg, perhaps the extra bounce did Hosan in as he pulled it over fine leg before the fielder just casually stuck his right hand out and gobbled it! Chris Jordan would have been impressed with that catch!
5.1 Bhavneet Singh to Nazmul Haque, back of a length outside off, opens the face and guides it to short third man before crossing over
Just 23 needed from 30 balls. Will they finish it off in this over?
